WP 1 – Management and coordination

WP COORDINATOR: Royal Botanic Garden

ROLE OF EACH PARTNER INVOLVED:

-PP1 Rome Municipality: technical and administrative support to RBG;

-PP 2 Mahdia Municipality;

-PP 3 ESMO;

-PP 4 BMA;

-PP5 FD: participation in the Management and Coordination structure.


ACTIVITIES

-A1.1. Production of the management plan (including risk analysis and contingency plan);

-A1.2 Internal and external supervision and evaluation of the efficiency, socio-economic improvement and governance enhancement impact of the project’s activities are done by the PC in coordination with the TC;

-A1.3 Supervision of project risks.


QUANTIFIED OUTPUTS:

-Deliverable 1.1: One management plan (including the set of indicators for evaluation and monitoring, risk analysis and contingency plan);

-Deliverable 1.2/Deliverable 1.3: Two technical and financial reports, at midterm and at the end of the project;

-Deliverable 1.4: Project Coordinator reports;

-Deliverable 1.5: SC and TC minutes of meeting.
